  3. What is the most effective/beneficial source of protein? The combination of protein with other food groups.
  4. Guideline to a healthy diet: the food pyramid
  5. Combining foods and food groups and disease control
  6. Regular bowel movements versus constipation
  7. Composition of a plate of food. Calculating quantities allocated to each food group on any given plate of food (this is a very important section)
